Coffee FAQs

What kinds of coffee do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of single-origin coffee beans and specialty blends, including Uganda, Kenya, Peru, Mexico, Sumatra, Tanzania, and classic French Roast. All coffees are available in whole bean or freshly ground options.  In addition, we have some of the latest and greatest in flavored coffee from Cinnabun, Mocha, Candy Cane, to Dubai Chocolate, Mint, Caramel, Pumpkin Spice.

Are coffee pods available?

Yes! We offer Bali Coffee Pods, Mexico and Peru Coffee Pods, made with the same small-batch quality as our bagged coffee.

How fresh is your coffee?

Every batch is small-batch roasted the day it's to be shipped to ensure maximum freshness, flavor, and aroma. 

What grind size should I choose?

  • Whole Bean – grind fresh at home

  • Coarse Grind – French press & cold brew

  • Standard Grind – drip coffee makers & pour-overs

  • Espresso– Fine grind

If in doubt, choose standard grind.

Is your coffee good for runners?

Yes! Sit N’ Kick Coffee Co. is a running-inspired coffee brand. Our blends are crafted for pre-run energy, consistent focus, and smooth endurance.

Do you offer decaf coffee?

Yes, we do offer a Peru decaf,

How should I store my coffee?

Keep coffee in an airtight container, away from heat, moisture, and light. Avoid refrigerating or freezing opened bags.


Tea FAQs

What teas do you offer?

Our “Leaves & Steeps” line includes Matcha, Hojicha, Earl Grey, Moroccan Mint, Hibiscus Berry, Apple Cider Rooibos, Mango Treat, and Peach Paradise, English Breakfast, Masala Chai, and Jasmine.

Which teas contain caffeine?

  • Caffeinated: Matcha, Earl Grey

  • Low-Caffeine: Hojicha

  • Caffeine-Free: Rooibos, Hibiscus, fruit blends

How should I brew your teas?

  • Matcha: Whisk 1 tsp at 175–185°F

  • Green/Hojicha: Steep 2–3 minutes at ~175°F

  • Black Tea: Steep 3–5 minutes in boiling water

  • Herbal/Fruit: Steep 5–7 minutes in boiling water

Can your teas be made iced or cold brew?

Yes, most of our teas are excellent for iced tea and cold brew tea. Steep in cold water 8–12 hours for smooth flavor.

Absolutely. We source from sustainably run farms through trusted importers, supporting fair labor and quality-driven growing practices.

What are your shipping times?

Most orders ship in 1–5 business days, with delivery in 2–10 business days in total depending on your location.

Do you offer sample packs?

Yes — we offer Coffee Sample Packs so you can explore different origins and roast profiles.

What if something is wrong with my order?
